Living in a condo? Check this first
Most Honolulu buildings will not let you put in hard-surface flooring without the AOAO signing off, and the thing that usually holds an application up is the underlayment spec. It is worth sorting out before you order material, not after.
Tell us it is a condo when you ask for a quote and we will write the specs in the format boards tend to accept.
What we need to quote your floor
None of this has to be exact. A rough number gets you a rough price, and we tighten it up from there.
