What this is, plainly

Oahu Flooring Quote is a one-person quote desk for flooring, countertops and cabinets on Oahu. You tell me what you are working on, I put the details together, and I come back with a real price from a local supplier.

Why it is free

Because the supplier pays me, not you. I source material through VC Flooring & Stone, which has two showrooms in Honolulu, and I am paid a referral fee on orders I bring them. That fee comes out of their side, not yours.

When you call, mention code NATE. That is how the supplier knows the enquiry came from me — it is the whole reason this service can be free to you. Pricing is quoted per job, so it is also worth asking what they can do on your particular numbers.

What you get out of it is that someone handles the annoying part: collecting the specs, chasing the quote, and being reachable when you have a question two weeks later.

What I am not

I am not VC Flooring & Stone, and I do not work for them. I am not a contractor either — I do not install anything myself.

What I can do is put the whole job in front of you. The supplier handles design drawings, fabrication and material. Installation, electrical and full remodels go through licensed local contractors they work with — including CV Construction Hawaii on package jobs. So if you would rather not project-manage it, you do not have to. If you already have your own people, take the material and go.

What happens after you get in touch

1. You call, text, or send the form. I ask a few questions — square footage, what is down now, timeline.
2. I put that in front of the supplier and get pricing on the material that fits.
3. I come back to you with the number, usually inside 24 hours on a weekday.
4. If you want to see it in person, you go to either Honolulu showroom and handle the samples.
5. If you buy, you buy from them directly and they invoice you. Nothing extra goes through me.

Oahu only — Honolulu, Kailua, Kaneohe, Aiea, Pearl City, Waipahu, Mililani, Kapolei, Ewa Beach, Hawaii Kai, Waianae and the North Shore. Not the neighbor islands.
