Privacy Policy — Oahu Flooring Quote

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, optional email address, and the project details you choose to share (project type, square footage, property type, town, timeline and budget range). We also record which page the form was sent from and when.

We do not collect payment information. We never ask for it.

Why we collect it

To prepare a quote and get back to you. That is the whole purpose.

Who we share it with

Your project details are shared with VC Flooring & Stone (378 N School St and 1095 Dillingham Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96817) so that a price can be prepared. That is the only party we pass your information to.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any other contractor or supplier.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records so we can follow up on your project and answer questions later. If you ask us to delete your record, we will.

Marketing email

Submitting a quote request does not sign you up for a mailing list. If you do receive email from us, every message has a working unsubscribe link, and we act on it immediately.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracker, and nothing you do here follows you around the internet afterwards.

Two small technical exceptions, neither of which identifies you: your browser stores which page you arrived from for the length of your visit, so that if you send a quote request we know which page brought you here; and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for the font file. Both stop mattering the moment you close the tab.
